CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
All Bidders must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire and statement. Bidders will be deemed non-responsive on failure to complete and submit the Qualification Statement.
In evaluating Bids, the Construction Manager will consider the qualifications of only those Bidders whose Bids are in compliance with the prescribed requirements. Therefore, subcontracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder whose evaluation by the Construction Manager and the City of Memphis is of the best interest for the project. Details on the process will be provided with each bid package.
GMP #1, GMP #2, GMP #3, GMP #4 and GMP #5 Bid Packages have been released.
The City of Memphis recommends, but is not mandatory, all vendors who plan to participate in the project to register as a supplier/vendor with the City of Memphis. For more information, please Click Here.
